Bulgarian Home Remedies For Plantar Warts

  1. Plantar wart – for three consecutive nights, wash the affected area with liquid from boiled sumac until it cools off.
  2. Plantar wart – if there are more warts, take some hot Trifoliumpratense (red colover)and pour a little hot water on it (make sure it’s tolerably hot). Wrap the plantar warts with the hot red clover and keep on for 2 hours.
  3. Plantar wart – finely chop some fresh meat and sprinkle some salt on it. Place it on the plantar wart, before going to bed, and sleep with it. Take it off in the morning. Do this for at least 3 consecutive nights.
  4. Plantar wart  – take 1 fresh potato peeling (1.5-2 cm in size). On the internal side, sprinkle a pinch of salicylic acid. In case you can’t find salicylic acid, take an aspirin table and crush it well.  Place the peeling on the plantar wart wrapped in lint or band aid, before going to bed. Take it off in the morning. Repeat the procedure for 3-4 consecutive nights. The expected result is the plantar wart softens and eventually falls down (or you can take it out once you see it’s loose enough).
  5. In a big jar pour 3 table spoonfuls of crushed dandelions (Taraxacum officinale), then pour over half a tea cup of water and a tea cup of strong rakia (brandy), it does not matter what, it should be strong.

    After that tightly close the jar and leave in the fridge for 5 days. Meanwhile shake the mix alternately. After that време, filter and 2 times a day make compresses. It is best to put them in the morning and in the evening.

    The compress is made in the following way: dip a piece of cotton cloth or cheesecloth in the alcohol extract and put on the wart. Cover it with nylon. You can use Scotch tape to keep the bandage in place. Keep the compress for about 15 minutes, and then rinse the place with cool water.

    After that you can apply some baby cream around the wart because the skin is dried by the alcohol. The treatment continues for about 3 weeks.

  6. If you have one or tow warts, put a napkin, greased with honey over them, and change it two times a day – in the morning and in the evening. In several days the warts will fall without pain. Before you put the napkin with honey, wash your hands with cool (20°С) water.
  7. If you have more warts, you can use one of the following tested popular remedies: bandage the warts with scalded hayseed (tolerably hot), and every time you keep the hayseed for 2 hours. If in 3-5 days the result of that treatment is not good, repeat for 7-10 more days.
  8. On the softened warts (HPV) (human papillomavirus) put an aspirin, and on it – a slice of tomato. Fix them well with gauze or old cotton cloth. Repeat the procedure for two weeks every evening before going to bed.

    After that therapy the wart (HPV) becomes darker in color and falls off.

  9. According to traditional medicine, the warts (HPV) can be cured with snowdrop bulb. Cut one bulb into two and put it on the warts (HPV). Keep overnight.
