Bulgarian Home Remedies For Angina Pectoris
- First step. In the morning, at noon and in the evening, 30 minutes before meals, the sick person should drink1 table spoonful of mixed 200 g of lemon juice;200 g of pure olive oil,
2 g of camphor crystals, dissolved in several drops of Rakia (Bulgarian brandy), otherwise it does not dissolve;
12 g of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) tincture;
hawthorn blossoms (Crataegus monogyma) tincture;
20 g of pure rose water; 10 drops of peppermint oil (from the pharmacy);
1 table spoonful of cinnamon (in powder).
Second step. Twenty minutes after drinking this mixture the sick person should drink one small cup of 50-75 g of decoction of
100 g of basil (leaves and blossoms) (Ocimum basilicum);
100 g of hazelnut leaves;
50 g of hawthorn (Crataegus monogyma) fruit and blossom;
50 g of oak moss (Astrodeus albus Wilip);
50 g of elder (Flores sambuci nigri);
50 g of Iceland lichen (Centraria islandica Arh);
50 g of Melissa (Melissa officinalis);
50 g of thyme (Thymus vulgaris);
50 g of Balkan savory (Satureja Montana).
Take 12 table spoonfuls of this mix and add 12 blossoms of low thistle (Carduus acanthoides) and brew them in 500 ml of hot water for ten minutes on low heat. When the mix cools, filter it, drink it with glucose or honey.
Third step. Two hours after meals take 1 spoonful of the following mix:
500 g of liquid glucose or pure honey;
25 green leaves with stems of geranium (stork bill) (Pelargonium rose dm wild), and 25 kernels of sweet almonds or apricots, pounded into gruel a wooden mortar;
4 fleshy lemons, minced with peels, but without the seeds,
1 table spoonful of powder cinnamon.
Fourth step. Ten minutes after you drink this mix, you should drink a cup of 50 – 75 ml decoction of
50 g of gentian (leaves and blossoms) Gentiana cruciata);
50 g of yellow (Hypericum perforatum) and red (Eritraea centaurum) cilantro;
50 g of peppermint (M. balsamea Willd);
50 g of hop cones (Humulus lupulus)
50 g of chicory roots (Cichorium intybis).
Two table spoonfuls are brewed in 600 ml of boiling water and are boiled for 20 minutes. After the decoction cools, filter it and drink it.
- Peel 6 large onions and take the outer layers. Pour 500 ml boiling water over them, allow to steep for a while, strain and let cool off. Drink one coffee cup each morning, at noon and at night, before going to bed.
- Make a mixture of 50 g of rowan berries (Sorbus aucuparia), 20 g of spearmint (Mentha spicata) and 10 g of camomile (Matricaria chamomilla). Pour 300 ml of boiling water and allow to steep for several hours. Strain and drink within the same day.
